Book & Meet-Up members:
If you sign up to The Book Club as a Book & Meet-Up member, we'll ship your first book to you free of charge within 7 days. 

 

For subsequent books, you will collect the books from the host at your Meet-Up.

 

If you are unable to attend a specific Meet-Up, we will post the book to you on receipt of your postage request, which will cost the following:

 

(a) £2.99 if you submit your postage request 7 days or more before your Meet-Up date

(b) £4.99 if you submit your postage request less than 7 days before your Meet-Up date (including if you submit the postage request after your meet-up)

 

The deadline for submitting postage requests is 14 days following your Meet-Up date, at which point the book will be returned to the publisher. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

Merch:
Items will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, except for made-to-order or pre-ordered items. You will find the estimated shipping timeframes on the product page, either in the shipping info section or when pre-ordering an item. Please take notice of these when placing an order so you know when to expect its arrival.

If your order includes a made-to-order or pre-ordered item, please be aware that all items will be shipped together once all items are available. We recommend placing a separate order if you’d like your other items to arrive sooner.
