Due to our badges being becpoke and made to order, we can not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

Shipping
Items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class, so your order should arrive within 2–3 working days once dispatched.
We currently order our badges once a month, however based on demand, you may receive yours sooner! The more demand we have, the quicker we can place our next order. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
If your order contains multiple items, they will all be shipped together once the item with the longest delivery time is ready.
If there’s something you’d like to receive sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for that item.
